Setup and Installation

Unpack machine and accessories. Place on stable, level surface.

Threading and Bobbin

  2. Follow numbered threading path: Spool pin → thread guides → tension discs → take-up lever → needle.
  3. Wind bobbin: Place thread on spool pin, wrap around bobbin winder tension, press bobbin winder button.
  4. Insert bobbin: Drop into case with thread unwinding counterclockwise, pull thread through slot.
  5. Pull up bobbin thread: Hold upper thread, turn handwheel until needle goes down and up, pull upper thread to bring up bobbin thread.

WARNING! Never force thread through tension discs. Ensure presser foot is raised when threading.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures long machine life.

  1. Clean lint from bobbin area after each project.
  2. Oil moving parts monthly with sewing machine oil.
  3. Change needles regularly (after 8-10 hours of sewing).
  4. Cover machine when not in use to prevent dust accumulation.
