Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect foot pedal: Plug into machine front port.
  2. Connect power: Plug power cord into machine and wall outlet.
  3. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back, tighten screw.
  4. Wind bobbin: Follow automatic bobbin winding procedure.

First-Time Operation

Threading & Bobbin Winding

Upper Threading:

  1. Place spool on spool pin.
  2. Pull thread through first thread guide.
  3. Pass thread through tension discs.
  4. Thread take-up lever from right to left.
  5. Pass through remaining guides.
  6. Use built-in needle threader or thread needle manually.

Bobbin Winding:

  1. Place empty bobbin on winder shaft.
  2. Pass thread from spool through bobbin winding tension disc.
  3. Wind thread around bobbin several times.
  4. Push bobbin winder to engage.
  5. Press foot pedal to wind bobbin.
  6. Stop when bobbin is full; cut thread.

Care & Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Clean lint: Remove needle plate, clean bobbin area with brush after each project.
  2. Oil machine: Apply 1-2 drops of sewing machine oil to moving parts monthly.
