Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Remove machine from packaging and all protective materials.
  2. Attach foot pedal to machine and plug into power outlet.
  3. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back, tighten screw.
  4. Wind bobbin: Place thread on spool pin, guide through bobbin winder tension, press bobbin onto winder shaft.
  5. Thread machine: Follow numbered threading guide on machine.

WARNING! Always unplug machine when changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts.

First-Time Operation

Before sewing, practice on scrap fabric to familiarize with controls.

  1. Power on: Plug in machine and foot pedal.
  2. Select stitch: Turn stitch pattern dial to desired stitch.
  3. Adjust settings: Set stitch length and width as needed.
  4. Test sew: Place fabric under presser foot, lower foot, and gently press pedal to start sewing.
  5. Reverse: Press reverse button to reinforce beginning and end of seams.

CAUTION! Always start with needle in highest position. Never pull fabric while sewing.
