Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface at comfortable height.

Threading the Machine

Follow numbered threading path for proper operation.

  1. Raise presser foot and needle to highest position.
  2. Place thread spool on pin, follow guides 1-6 to needle.
  3. Thread needle from front to back.
  4. Pull about 6 inches of thread toward back of machine.

Tip: Always thread with presser foot raised to open tension discs.

Basic Sewing Operations

Straight stitch sewing for various fabrics.

  1. Position fabric: Lower presser foot onto fabric edge.
  2. Start sewing: Gently press foot pedal to begin.
  3. Guide fabric: Use hands to guide, don't pull or push.
  4. Reverse stitch: Hold reverse lever at beginning and end of seams.
  5. Finish: Raise needle, lift presser foot, remove fabric.
  6. Cut threads: Use built-in thread cutter or scissors.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from moving needle. Always watch sewing area.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Brush out lint from bobbin area and feed dogs.
  2. Monthly: Oil moving parts with sewing machine oil only.
  3. As needed: Replace needle after 8-10 hours of sewing.
  4. Storage: Cover machine when not in use.
