Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable sewing table.

  1. Remove protective packaging and styrofoam blocks
  2. Attach power cord to machine and plug into AC outlet
  3. Install foot pedal and position for comfortable use
  4. Install needle according to arrow direction
  5. Wind and install bobbin following threading diagram

WARNING! Machine is heavy; lift with care to avoid injury. Ensure machine is on stable surface before operation.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow threading guide.

  1. Thread upper thread: Follow numbered guide from spool to needle
  2. Wind bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through tension disc
  3. Insert bobbin: Drop bobbin into case with thread pulling counterclockwise
  4. Test stitch: Use scrap fabric to test tension and stitch quality
  5. Adjust settings: Set stitch length and pattern as needed

CAUTION! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always turn off when not in use.

Threading & Bobbin

  3. Bobbin Insertion: Open bobbin cover, drop in with thread pulling counterclockwise
  4. Bring Up Bobbin Thread: Hold upper thread, turn hand wheel toward you
  5. Thread Both Under Presser Foot: Position threads toward back of machine

WARNING! Always raise needle to highest position before threading.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Brush out lint from bobbin area and feed dogs
  2. Weekly: Oil according to diagram with sewing machine oil only
  3. Monthly: Clean tension discs with folded fabric or dental floss
  4. As Needed: Replace needle after 8-10 hours of sewing

CAUTION! Unplug machine before cleaning or maintenance. Use only sewing machine oil.
