Unpacking and Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface at comfortable working height.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and protective covers
  2. Attach power cord to machine and plug into 110V outlet
  3. Install foot pedal and position for comfortable access
  4. Install needle following arrow direction
  5. Thread upper thread and wind bobbin

WARNING! Keep fingers away from moving needle. Always turn off when not in use.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; test on scrap fabric first.

  2. Place fabric under presser foot, lower foot lever
  3. Gently press foot pedal to start sewing

Threading and Bobbin

Proper threading ensures smooth operation.

  1. Raise needle to highest position using handwheel
  2. Follow numbered threading path on machine
  3. Thread from spool through tension discs to needle
  4. Wind bobbin: Place spool on pin, thread through bobbin winder tension
  5. Insert bobbin: Drop in case, pull thread through slot
  6. Pull up bobbin thread by turning handwheel

Tip: Always use same thread weight in bobbin and needle for balanced stitches.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning
  2. Remove needle plate and clean lint with brush
  3. Oil moving parts with sewing machine oil (2-3 drops monthly)
  4. Wipe exterior with soft, dry cloth
