Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

Threading and Bobbin

Proper threading ensures smooth operation.

  1. Raise presser foot and needle to highest position.
  2. Place spool on spool pin and guide thread through threading points.
  3. Use automatic needle threader: Push lever down and hook thread through needle eye.
  4. Wind bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, guide thread, push winder to right.
  5. Insert bobbin: Drop bobbin into case with thread pulling counterclockwise.

Tip: Always pull thread toward back when using needle threader.

Basic Sewing Operations

  1. Select stitch: Turn stitch selection dial to desired pattern.
  2. Adjust settings: Set stitch length and width as needed.
  3. Position fabric: Lower presser foot onto fabric.
  4. Start sewing: Press foot controller gently to begin.

  6. Reverse: Hold reverse lever to reinforce beginning and end.
  7. Finish: Raise needle, lift presser foot, remove fabric, cut threads.

WARNING! Never place fingers near moving needle. Keep hands clear of feeding mechanism.
