Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove machine from packaging: Lift carefully from carrying case.
  2. Install foot controller: Plug into machine's foot controller port.
  3. Connect power: Plug power cord into machine and wall outlet (120V AC).
  4. Attach accessories: Install presser foot, needle, and thread spool pin.

First-Time Operation

  2. Insert bobbin: Place bobbin in top loading bobbin case with thread pulling counterclockwise.
  3. Select stitch: Turn stitch selection dial to desired pattern.

Stitch Selection: Turn dial to select from 12 built-in stitches. Stitch Length: 0-4mm (0 for darning, 4 for basting). Stitch Width: 0-5mm (0 for straight stitch, 5 for wide zigzag). Reverse Stitch: Hold button to sew in reverse for seam reinforcement. Bobbin Winder: Push bobbin to right to engage winding mechanism.

Stitch Selection Guide

Threading & Bobbin

Upper Threading:

  1. Raise presser foot and needle to highest position.
  2. Place spool on pin and follow numbered threading path.
  3. Use built-in needle threader: Push lever down and hook thread through needle.

Bobbin Winding:

  1. Place empty bobbin on winder shaft.
  2. Push bobbin winder to right position.
  3. Press foot controller to wind bobbin evenly.
  4. Stop when bobbin is 3/4 full for optimal performance.

WARNING! Ensure bobbin thread pulls counterclockwise in case.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug before maintenance. Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Remove needle plate: Use screwdriver to access bobbin area.
  2. Clean lint: Use small brush to remove lint from feed dogs and bobbin area.
  3. Oil machine: Apply 1-2 drops of sewing machine oil to moving parts as needed.
  4. Replace needle: Change needle after every project or 8 hours of sewing.

CAUTION! Use only sewing machine oil. Never use household oils.
