Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Remove machine from packaging: Lift carefully from carrying case.
  2. Install foot pedal: Connect to power port on right side of machine.

  4. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during setup and operation.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; LED light will illuminate.

  1. Thread machine: Follow threading path indicated on machine.
  2. Insert bobbin: Place bobbin in bobbin case with thread pulling counterclockwise.
  3. Select stitch: Choose desired stitch pattern using selection dial.
  4. Test sew: Use scrap fabric to test stitch settings.
  5. Adjust tension: Start with setting 4 and adjust as needed.

CAUTION! Always turn off machine when threading or changing needles.

Threading & Bobbin

Proper threading is essential for good stitch quality.

  1. Upper Threading: Follow numbered path on machine; use automatic needle threader.
  2. Bobbin Winding: Place thread on spool pin, guide through tension disc, wind bobbin.
  3. Bobbin Insertion: Drop bobbin into case with thread pulling counterclockwise.
  4. Thread Drawing: Hold upper thread, turn hand wheel to bring up bobbin thread.

WARNING! Ensure presser foot is raised when threading upper thread.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Clean lint from bobbin area after each project
  2. Oil machine every 3 months or after extensive use
  3. Change needles regularly (every 8-10 hours of sewing)
  4. Cover machine when not in use to prevent dust accumulation
