Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Remove machine from packaging: Carefully lift machine from box, remove all protective materials.
  2. Attach extension table: Slide free arm extension table into position if removed.
  3. Connect foot pedal: Plug foot pedal into machine's pedal port.
  4. Connect power: Plug power cord into machine and wall outlet.
  5. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back, tighten screw.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during setup. Ensure stable surface placement.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow threading diagram.

  1. Wind bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through tension disc, press pedal to wind.
  2. Insert bobbin: Place bobbin in case with thread pulling counterclockwise.
  3. Thread upper thread: Follow numbered threading path from spool to needle.

Threading & Bobbin

  1. Upper Threading: Raise presser foot, follow numbered path from spool pin to needle.
  2. Bobbin Winding: Place spool on pin, thread through guides, place bobbin on winder, push right, press pedal.
  3. Bobbin Insertion: Open cover, drop bobbin in case with thread pulling counterclockwise, pull thread through slot.
  4. Needle Threading: Raise needle to highest position, thread from front to back.
  5. Bring Up Bobbin Thread: Hold upper thread, turn handwheel toward you, pull up bobbin thread.

WARNING! Ensure presser foot is raised when threading to allow thread through tension discs.

Maintenance & Care

  1. Cleaning: Unplug machine, remove needle and presser foot, brush out lint from bobbin area.
