Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove protective packaging and foam inserts.
  2. Attach power cord to machine and plug into AC outlet.
  3. Install foot controller in designated port.
  4. Install needle following arrow direction.
  5. Wind and insert bobbin according to threading guide.

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always unplug when not in use.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow setup procedure.

  1. Thread machine: Use automatic needle threader for upper thread.
  2. Insert bobbin: Place bobbin in case with thread unwinding counterclockwise.
  3. Select stitch: Choose desired stitch pattern using dial.
  4. Adjust settings: Set stitch length and width as needed.
  5. Test sew: Use scrap fabric to test stitch quality.

CAUTION! Always start with needle in highest position. Use proper needle for fabric type.

Stitch Selection Guide

Threading & Bobbin Winding

Upper Threading: Follow numbered path; use automatic needle threader.

  1. Raise presser foot and needle to highest position.
  2. Place spool on pin and follow threading guide.
  3. Pull thread through automatic needle threader.
  4. Bobbin Winding: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through tension disc.
  5. Hold thread end, press foot controller to wind.
  6. Stop when bobbin is 80% full.
  7. Insert bobbin with thread unwinding counterclockwise.

WARNING! Ensure proper threading to prevent thread jams and needle breakage.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning.
  2. Remove needle plate to clean lint and dust.
  3. Oil moving parts with sewing machine oil only.
  4. Wipe exterior with soft, dry cloth.
  5. Replace needle after 8-10 hours of sewing.

CAUTION! Use only sewing machine oil. Do not use household oils.
