Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove protective covers and packaging materials
  2. Attach foot pedal to machine and plug into power outlet
  3. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side facing back
  4. Wind bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through guide
  5. Install bobbin: Drop bobbin into case following directional arrows

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always unplug when not in use.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow setup procedure.

  1. Thread upper thread: Follow numbered guides from spool to needle
  2. Use built-in needle threader for easy threading
  3. Pull up bobbin thread: Hold upper thread, turn hand wheel toward you
  4. Select basic straight stitch for initial testing
  5. Place fabric under presser foot and lower foot lever
  6. Gently press foot pedal to begin sewing

Stitch Selection

  1. Turn machine power off before changing stitches

  5. For buttonholes: Use special foot and follow marked guidelines

Threading & Bobbin

Upper Threading: Follow numbered guides 1 through 6.

  1. Place thread spool on holder
  2. Pull thread through first thread guide
  3. Thread through tension discs
  4. Pass through take-up lever
  5. Thread through remaining guides
  6. Use needle threader or thread needle manually
  7. Bobbin Installation: Insert bobbin with thread unwinding counterclockwise
  8. Pull thread through slot and under tension spring

WARNING! Ensure machine is turned off during threading. Use quality thread to prevent jams.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Remove lint from bobbin area and feed dogs
  2. Weekly: Oil moving parts with sewing machine oil
  3. Monthly: Clean tension discs with soft brush
  4. As needed: Replace needle after 8-10 hours of sewing
