Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and protective covers
  2. Attach extension table if removed during shipping
  3. Connect foot control pedal to machine
  4. Plug power cord into machine and wall outlet
  5. Install needle following arrow direction
  6. Wind and install bobbin
  7. Thread upper thread through automatic needle threader

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always turn off power when threading or changing accessories.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Turn power switch to ON position
  2. LCD display will illuminate showing default settings
  3. Select basic straight stitch using stitch selection dial
  4. Practice on scrap fabric to test tension and stitch quality
  5. Adjust stitch length and width as needed
  6. Test automatic needle threader function

CAUTION! Always use proper needle for fabric type. Replace bent or damaged needles immediately.

Stitch Selection

Threading & Bobbin

Automatic needle threader and drop-in bobbin system.

  1. Upper Threading: Raise presser foot, follow numbered threading path on machine
  2. Automatic Needle Threader: Lower threader lever, hook thread through hook, raise lever
  3. Bobbin Winding: Place thread on spool pin, wind bobbin using bobbin winding function
  4. Bobbin Installation: Open bobbin cover, drop in bobbin following arrow direction
  5. Pull bobbin thread through slot and under presser foot
  6. Hold both threads when starting to sew

WARNING! Always raise needle to highest position before threading. Ensure presser foot is raised when threading.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning
  2. Remove needle plate to clean lint from bobbin area
  3. Use small brush to remove dust and lint
  4. Oil machine according to manual instructions (if required)
  5. Wipe exterior with soft, dry cloth
  6. Store with needle in highest position
  7. Cover machine when not in use
