Unpacking and Setup

Carefully unpack all components and place on stable surface.

  1. Remove machine from packaging: Lift by carrying handle, not by accessories.
  2. Attach extension table: Slide into position until it clicks.
  3. Install foot controller: Plug into machine's front port.
  4. Connect power: Plug power cord into machine and wall outlet.
  5. Install needle: Loosen needle clamp screw, insert needle with flat side to back.

WARNING! Machine is heavy; lift with care using both hands. Keep fingers away from needle area during operation.

First-Time Operation

Threading and Bobbin

  1. Place spool on pin, thread through guides
  2. Place empty bobbin on winder, push to right
  3. Press foot controller; stops automatically when full

WARNING! Always use correct bobbin type. Incorrect bobbins can cause damage.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug machine before maintenance. Regular cleaning prevents lint buildup.

  1. Remove needle plate: Use screwdriver to loosen screws
  2. Clean feed dogs and bobbin area: Use small brush
  3. Oil moving parts: Use sewing machine oil only
  4. Clean exterior: Use soft, dry cloth
