Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and protective covers
  2. Place machine on sturdy table or sewing cabinet
  3. Connect foot control pedal to machine
  4. Plug power cord into machine and wall outlet
  5. Install needle and thread machine
  6. Wind and insert bobbin

WARNING! Keep fingers away from needle area during operation. Always turn off and unplug for maintenance.

First-Time Operation

Power on machine; follow setup procedure.

  1. Thread upper thread through automatic needle threader
  2. Wind bobbin and insert into bobbin case
  3. Select straight stitch for initial testing
  4. Place fabric under presser foot and lower foot lever
  5. Gently press foot control to begin sewing

CAUTION! Always use proper needle for fabric type. Replace bent or damaged needles immediately.

Stitch Selection

Threading & Bobbin

  4. Wind bobbin: Place thread on spool pin, wrap around bobbin winder tension
  5. Insert bobbin: Drop bobbin into case with thread pulling counterclockwise
  6. Pull bobbin thread up through needle plate

WARNING! Ensure machine is turned off during threading. Keep fingers clear of moving parts.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug machine before cleaning
  2. Remove needle plate to clean lint and dust
  3. Oil moving parts as recommended in manual
  4. Clean bobbin area regularly
  5. Replace needles after 8-10 hours of sewing
  6. Cover machine when not in use
